KPop Demon Hunters

Our review
Mild content, big problem. The film gets the Accuser's psychology strikingly right (shame, secrets, isolation) and then answers it with self-acceptance instead of grace, in a story built on sympathetic, redeemable demons and a half-demon heroine. Under the Lumen standard on demonic themes, that's disqualifying regardless of craft.
For parents
Most kids will see this one somewhere. The conversation writes itself: Gwi-Ma works exactly like the real Accuser, whispering shame where love is absent. Ask your kids who actually silences the accuser, and why real demons, unlike Jinu, cannot repent (CCC 393).
