PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie
Acceptable. Age: 6+. A Catholic review of this movie for parents.
Our review
A clean, cheerful rescue story that teaches small children to keep trying after they fail, to care for creation instead of plundering it, and to see a disabled friend as fully capable. Nothing here works against the faith. The one honest reservation: the volcano and fire scenes may frighten the very youngest, and the film sells a lot of toys.
For parents
Fine for the whole family, though preschoolers may want a lap during the volcano. Ask: what did Marshall do when he made a mistake? Why was Humdinger wrong to blow up the island? Point out that God made the animals and gave us the job of caring for them.
