This is a saint every family should know. Peter Claver boarded the slave ships, treated wounds, brought food, water and medicine, and baptized infants and the dying. A film on his life points straight toward love of God and neighbor. The reservation is that nobody has reviewed it yet, and the cruelty of the slave trade may be hard for young children.
